Antihero was founded by Paul Pringle. For over 25 years Paul’s professional career has focused on how human beings behave when they’re under pressure, and how each of us maintains, develops and ditches our sense of Self. Paul’s first professional career was an employment lawyer with Minter Ellison, Police and Corrections. In 2008 Paul switched to leadership development and strategy, and began retraining in performance psychology and psychotherapy. Paul holds degrees in law, science, commerce and career development; and accreditation in a full range of psychometric instruments. Paul sits on the MBIE public sector panel for Human Resources, and is a professional member of HRINZ and CDANZ.
