Antihero was founded by Paul Pringle. For over 25 years Paul’s professional career has focused on how human beings behave when they’re under pressure, and how each of us maintains, develops, ditches and rebuilds our sense of Self.

Paul’s first professional career was an employment lawyer with Minter Ellison, Police and Corrections; and in 2008 Paul moved to leadership development and strategy, and began retraining in performance psychology and psychotherapy. Paul holds degrees in law, science, commerce and career development; and accreditation in a full range of psychometric instruments. Paul is on the MBIE public sector panel for Human Resources, and is a professional member of AMINZ, HRINZ and CDANZ.
