Our Odyssey Performance Programme is a 12-month leadership development experience for cohorts of 16-24 senior leaders.Our immersive programme balances action and reflection and enables leaders time to try out evidence-based tools for leading Self and finding comfort in the discomfort of moving from technocrat to people influencer.
